Customer Delivery Manager

It's impossible to overestimate the importance of AA Customer Delivery Managers. With responsibility for around ten operational managers and their teams, this role essentially revolves around looking after the performance of 120 people. If you have the skills necessary to be a champion of sales and service, you'll find no better place to prove yourself.

Your challenge will be to meet tough contact centre sales and service targets, aligning your strategies to overall AA commercial goals and organisational values. We'll look to you to maximise the potential in your team – via training, performance management and motivation, plus manage supplier relationships and oversee key service level agreements.

Substantial contact centre management experience and proven success in sales/customer service are absolute musts. Naturally, you'll need excellent people skills and impressive product knowledge, as well as the ability to coach operational managers to achieve great things.
