Direct Sales

The AA is looking for talented individuals to promote and sell AA membership to non members, face to face in shopping centres, motorway service areas, supermarkets and high streets as part of our Direct Sales Force. 

The Direct Sales Force has experienced huge growth over the past 2 years and has a profile of locations that are second to non. 

Whilst previous experience is advantageous, your desire to succeed, drive and self motivation are the most important attributes.  We accept applications from all walks of life and diverse working backgrounds.  New agents will receive full support including, our comprehensive internal training, full operational support and coaching from experienced sales managers.  During this time you will become familiar with techniques to maintain a high standard of sales administration.  In addition to this you will provide the AA with regular sales management information, maintaining good condition of all sales equipment and most importantly provide excellent customer service to existing (and new) AA members in a face to face environment.

This is a self-employed position (commission only). Personal on-target income will be circa £30 - £50,000, (circa 750 -1000 sales pa).
